Unwanted/Not Required

You are within your rights to cancel your order within 7 working days from the day after you received the goods without giving a reason. The goods must be returned to the appropriate distribution centre, in an unfitted, AS SOLD, condition with its original packaging and in a pristine saleable condition within 14 days of notifying In Car DVD UK of the cancellation. You must also pay the cost of returning the goods. This is non-refundable. You will receive a refund for the cost of the goods excluding shipping.

Goods received back incomplete, damaged or in any condition other than saleable, will either be returned to you and the cost of return carriage charged to your account, or credited less a 15% charge.

Prior to returning any products, please contact us within 7 days from the date of delivery. If you do not return goods within 14 days after you have informed us that you wish to cancel your order, your right to cancel will be revoked.

Faulty Items

All products we sell are fully covered by a manufacturer warranty. This is usually a 1 year warranty but for some manufacturers such as Nextbase and Clarion they operate a 2 year warranty service on selected products.

If your product develops a fault within the first 14 days, please email us at technical@incardvduk.co.uk .

However if your product is over 14 days old, to provide customers with the best service possible and cut out the “middle man” most of our manufacturers have set up external service centres to deal with any fault that may occur on the product you have purchased.

Many manufacturers arrange to collect and replace the item directly so it is always advisable to contact them in the first instance.

You can of course contact us regarding a product that has developed a fault after 14 days but it is likely we would refer you to the manufacturer to speed your resolution.

Should an item be returned as faulty, but after testing is found to be working properly, the customer will be liable for the carriage cost of returning the fully working item.
