Products are shipped usually within 2 to 3 working days of placing your order. We will contact you if a delivery is going to take longer than we would normally expect, but on rare occasions this may take up to 21 days.
The In Car DVD UK team are unable to guarantee exact delivery times. We recommend that you do not arrange dates for your items to be installed until the products have arrived safely and that you have checked them for any transit damage.
Whilst we make every reasonable effort to deliver promptly and within the estimated timeframe we cannot be held responsible or accountable for sudden stock shortages or manufacturing delays.
We make every effort to keep our customers fully informed in any such event. However for delays of more than 14 days you will be given the option to cancel the order and we will refund any money paid by you for the goods.
Tracking Your Order
You will be sent an email at every stage of your order processing. When your order is completed you will be sent a tracking number for our DPD Courier for your parcel.
To track your parcel visit www.dpd.co.uk and enter the tracking number you have been provided with.
Ocassionally we may ship items through alternative couriers, however, customers will always be notified.
Additional Shipping Charges
The shipping charged on our site is for standard courier shipping with insurance to the UK mainland excluding Highlands and Islands. Additional shipping may be required for Ireland (inc Northern Ireland) and the following postcode areas within the United Kingdom - FK 17 - 21, GY 9, HS 1 - 9, IM, IV 1-29, 33--99, KA 27-28, KW 0-99, PA 20-99, PH 17-99, ZE, BT. If your delivery address falls within these codes you will be contacted after placing your order informing you of the additional charge and you will be given the option to continue with or cancel your order.

Delivery Problems
If you were not in when the delivery was attempted you will be left a card and this will be noted on the tracking information for your parcel.
To arrange a redelivery please contact DPD on 0871 244 4442. Please note you must have your consignment number available and where possible the calling card number. (this is viewable on the tracking information).
Delivery Address
In Car DVD UK do not ship internationally or offshore. We currently only ship to the UK mainland.
Please note that delivery must be to the address where the credit card is registered and billed. This is to protect you, the customer, as well as In Car DVD UK.
However, should you choose to pay via paypal, you can enter a different delivery address at the final stage of payment processing, such as a registered work address.
Inspection of Goods
We strongly recommend that you examine the goods at the time of delivery - we have your satisfaction in mind. Naturally we cannot accept liability for damages or errors if goods have been fitted or if you have had the appliances in your possession for more than 7 days.
When your goods arrive, please make sure that, where possible, they are unpacked and inspected BEFORE signing the delivery note.
In the unlikely event of obvious damage occurring during transit, please refuse delivery of the goods, mark the delivery note accordingly, and notify us of your actions immediately by emailing despatch@incardvduk.co.uk .
Should damage only become obvious after you have taken delivery please contact despatch@incardvduk.co.uk immediately and we will ensure that the relevant distribution centre arranges collection and redelivery.
Please note that in any event you must notify us of any damage or shortages within 7 days of receiving your goods.
Delivered goods are your responsibility, if you delay accepting the delivery we will not be held responsible for any financial implications that may result in having to rearrange delivery should the item be returned to us after 7 days from despatch.
In Car DVD UK will not be held responsible for any financial implications should you fail to notify us within this time frame.
