Availability of Goods

All products and services are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. If we do not supply the goods for any reason we will not charge you and will refund any money already paid for them. However, we will not be responsible for compensating you for any other losses you may suffer if we do not supply the goods.

Product Guarantees

All products supplied are covered by the terms and conditions of the Manufacturer's Guarantee for a period of 12 months unless otherwise stipulated. This guarantee specifically excludes faults caused by accident, neglect, and misuse. In addition routine maintenance (cleaning of dirty audio heads etc.), consumables (tapes,CD's, cables, batteries, etc.) and cosmetic damage is not covered.

Pricing

The price for the goods will be as stipulated at a time when you place the order, we are entitled to make adjustments to the price to take account of any increase in our suppliers prices, or due to a pricing error or omission on the website.

We make every effort to ensure that the prices on In Car DVD UK web pages are accurate and up to date. If in the unlikely event there is a mistake on the site, we will inform you as soon as it is discovered. You will then have the choice to amend or cancel your order.

All pictures and text on our website is for the sole purpose of giving an approximate description of the goods.

All prices are inclusive of VAT, but exclude delivery charges, which will be payable as indicated at the time of purchase. Additional shipping may be required for selected areas please refer to the shipping page for further information. Your order will be despatched with a detailed VAT receipt.

When you place your order with In Car DVD UK , we take full payment for the goods. Errors on our website are rare, and we take every precaution to ensure our information is correct and up to date. However, mistakes can happen. In the unlikely event of an error in price being made on our website, we will contact you and give you the opportunity to amend or cancel your order.

For your additional security we do not hold on file, or have access to customer's credit card details or financial details.

Your Order

Your order (including payment) will be treated as an offer to purchase from In Car DVD UK. Our acceptance of this is acknowledge when In Car DVD UK despatch the goods. Until point of despatch In Car DVD UK reserves the right to decline your order and to process a full refund.

Only once the goods have been despatched will it be deemed that In Car DVD UK has entered into a legally binding agreement to provide you with the goods.

In Car DVD UK cannot be held responsible for any injuries or resulting financial loss from accidents related to the order. We will not be liable for any loss of time and monies resulting from delays, non-deliveries and wrong delivery.
